I have constant flem/phlegm and now there is blood in it. Why? - blood in flem three days
I had phlegm in the back of the throat that has come and gone in the last 6 months. The blood comes only occasionally, rarely. I smoked for three years. Could it affect them?

If you see blood, coughed a lot? If so, then you might damage the throat to the point, slightly irritated her.
Smoking can certainly be irritating to the lungs. Ask your doctor that the blood is never a good sign.
