I am looking for feedback on failed lumbar back surgery-still in pain? - failed back surgery

I had surgery a year ago. Although the leg pain is gone, I think I still have the same amount of pain and stiffness in the back.

I've never been a fan of back surgery. I suggest you continue shopping before finding a doctor who will then get back on track and start an exercise program. (I know it seems impossible to exercise to pain, but it gets better.) The Corset and the end of the pain and I have raised. At least they try before they become operational before a. You have nothing to lose but your pain.

Some hospitals have physical therapy programs for aquatic organisms Therapy Exercise is easier. In addition to PT provide ideas for exercises, ergonomics, body mechanics, etc.. . that may help in the daily.
